How Long and How Often You'll Workout

No workout will take you longer than 30 minutes.  MAX Workouts is based on short, high-intensity strength & cardio training.  I also incorporate full-body (functional) exercises, interval training, and circuit training.  Training this way gets you super lean and defined without having to spend hours in the gym each week.  Better yet, your body will recover faster so that you can workout the next day without being too sore or tired.  I recommend you workout 4-6 days per week.
