Equipment You'll Need
You can do MAX Workouts at the gym or at home. Keeping crowded gyms in mind, the workouts can be done in a small space with a barbell or dumbbells, your own body weight, and a pull-up bar. If you exercise at home and don’t have a barbell, you can reference all the dumbbell variations of the barbell exercises that I’ve included in the program. Either way, I’ve got you covered.
For the interval cardio portion of the program, you can run outside or use a treadmill, indoor bike, rower, or any cardio machine of your choice. Since the workouts are interval based, any modality that gets your heart rate up will work.
