Exercising while Pregnant

You should be able to do MAX Workouts during your first trimester as long as you get the okay from your doctor.  The program is very challenging and you may want to lower the intensity of the workouts while you’re expecting.  The program is very easy to scale and inside the program, I show you exactly how you can decrease your intensity so you don’t over do it.  Since every pregnancy is a little different, I recommend talking to your doctor before you begin the program just to make sure it’s safe for you to do the exercises.
