Exercising with a Disability

MAX Workouts is based on full-body exercises that require you to perform movements such as squats and lunges for your lower body, and pressing and pulling movements for your upper body.  There are ways to adjust and modify the exercises and workouts, however, it will still involve components of these fundamental movements.  If you are able to perform these movements with a little adjustment (i.e. decreased range of motion), you should be able to do the program.  However, if your disability prevents you from performing the exercises with modifications, I cannot recommend MAX Workouts to you at this time.
