How to Print Your Daily Workouts
If you are a member of the Max Workouts Community, you can print your daily workouts. (I know many of you love to do this to keep track of weights used, reps, etc...!). Here's how:
Step 1: From your browser's menu, click File, then select Print from the menu.
Step 2: Select your printer and choose custom options.
Choose to print only pages 1-2. This way, you print the workout while avoiding printing all of the comments.
