Videos won't play
If the videos aren't streaming smoothly for you, please try the following:
Adjust your video settings
If your WiFi or cellular signal is weak, videos can load slowly or play intermittently. If that's the case, no worries! You can lower the quality of the video (which means less data is required for playback) by following the instructions below.
- Click on the Settings icon (see screenshot below)
- Click Quality and select a lower resolution
3. Select a lower resolution (the lower the number, the lower the resolution).
Update your browser
An out of date browser can also cause playback issues. Download an up-to-date version of your browser here.
Try an incognito (private) browser window
Some third-party extensions cause issues with many video sites. You can find out for sure by logging in using an incognito or private window. (The name depends on the browser you're using). Click File -> New Incognito Window (or File -> New Private Window). This will open a new browser window that doesn't use extensions. Sign in to Burn360 and play a video. If the videos plays without problems, it means you have a browser extension that's causing the issue. In that case, uninstall your browser extensions. You can add them back one at a time to find out which one is causing the issue.
Check if you're behind a firewall
Some workplaces block videos. The best way to find out is to try accessing the site from home and see if that resolves the problem.
